I read all your post and got a thrill out of it. I just haven't got to time to answer them all right now. Still I want to present this song and hear what you think of the arrangement, though it's short.

USES: All drums=Flexor(almost all drums sounds from this, some beats filtered through it. God, I love Flexor), All basses & synths=Minimax, All strings=ModularIII, Also uses Timeworks EQ, compressorX and 4080L, Vinco and UAD-1 compressors and EQs.

it really would make the singing more imbedded if the starting point of every sense would be delayed a half count or so...to me at least

I meant the voice could come in AFTER 'count one', not ON it.
It's a bit 'stiff' to start singing ON the downbeat of count one of the measure.
Most singers let come in the downbeat first and then step in at one-e, or even later.
Am I clear?
