I used:
Prophet Plus on all the synth tracks
STS 4000 with yamaha CP-80 samples
A guitar loop from the Pocketfuel site (now closed)
A drum loop made by Neil Conti
If some would like to comment on the overall mix of the song, I would appreciate it, cause I'm new to this mixing thing.

Nice groove. The mix was a little muddy, but that was working until the really bright piano came in, so basically I would dampen the piano or brighten the over all mix of the drums, guitar and synth.
Maybe the muddy sound was caused by a delay swamp - but that's not a bad thing creatively - gives the tune a little mystique. There are some timing issues with the guitar loop, seems a little behind on the accent note - this would be fine once in a while because it seems to push the beat - but when it's there all the time it just seems really noticeable and a bit distracting.
If you can play with that guitar loop a little and maybe drop the accent note from an "E" to a "D" on the third repetition of the loop over 4 bars (?)
Try chopping the loop up and see what variation you can get from it and play with the timing.
I like the overall feel, just needs some tweaks.
Hope this helps.
