Hi,
I've just got a new Pulsar II but I have a similar problem to someone else who posted here about not being able to install the software. Basically after I have input the keys (either manually or with the Allkeys file from "My Page") the Next key remains grey and I can't install. Is this what would happen if the card had previously been installed and registered on another computer? I ask because I bought it slightly discounted from a shop because the box had been opened (although I understood the card was unused).

For the record, I installed the card fine and it is active in my device list, I have installed the latest ASPI drivers, and I registered my card with Creamware (that seemed to work fine, ie: no message about it previously being registered).

any help most appreciated

Did you try to download your keyfile from Creamware's site (look under 'My Page') and use that upon install of 3.1c?

thanks for the suggestions.

Happily, I sorted it out this evening - it seems there was a mix-up in the shop and I received the registration form and list of keycodes for the other Pulsar card. So of course it woudn't recognise the codes with my Pulsar. Luckily I noticed when I ran setup it reported the real serial number of my Pulsar, so I could register this.
