I'm curious as to who is now providing North American support?
Good luck Paul! Always appreciated your help in the past.
Seems like I've lived through at least two major NA support restructurings since I've been a CW customer. Thankfully, I haven't had to call in a while.

I think this is part of Frank's reorganization. There won't be any North American support, at least that's my assumption. If this is true it stinks. There is no marketing here and now no telephone support, so it looks like CW has totally given up on North America. I guess that's why the prices are only listed in Euros.

If that is the case, they are destined to fail again - North America should be a focus of their attention - it is largely untapped as far as Creamware products go - if anything, they should be gearing up in the U.S. and expanding marketing, support and exposure overall.
Just take a look a NI - they focused a lot of effort on North America - and have been very, very successful with that focus.
I would like to hear from Creamware about what their strategy is for North America.

It's a little known fact that the center of the universe is located in Cleveland, just down the street from the Rock & Roll Hall of FameOn 2004-02-16 11:44, virtualstudio wrote:

To buy a thing you don't need to call anybody (by phone)On 2004-02-16 13:10, braincell wrote:
I don't plan on buying any more Creamware products if I have to call Germany.

But seriously. In the days I bought my first CW card there was no Polish CW dealer at all. I had to use a net-seller and had to know the complicated (OH YES!) border tax procedures not to pay too much

One thing many people don't realize is that Paul knows not just the cw platform, but how to drive it with any sequencer (not XTC) and benefit the user with cw, even though cw doesn't promote other companies software, if it wasn't for Paul's industry knowledge communicating the possibilties (which should have been marketed)I would'nt of bought a powerpulsar and pulsar2,

Lol I have noticed you bashing CWA alot as of late in threads, you should run a test like I did, give CWA a phone call and see if there is supportOn 2004-02-16 09:21, braincell wrote:

BC,
Unfortunately I have no idea as to what led to paul leaving CWA, he was extremly insightfull, helfull and knowledgable in many music aspects aside from from supporting the platform. I personally would love to see him back with CW.
But trashing them isnt going to change nor help anything, and the only reason I quoted you, is because I have a PowerPulsar on the way, after reading your thread it freaked me out, I fell into the rumor mill, so I said hold up a minuite and called them personally.
US Support is in full effect, so I was trying to point out that its not good to make lose false statements, unfortuantely thats how rumors get started.
YMMV.
