Hi there,

Can someone tell me why my DSP Load meter shows only 14 of the 15 DSP's I have on each of my 2 Powerpulsar cards while the 4 DSP's from my Pulsar SRB are available.

I have only 32 DSP's available from 34 DSP's.

Did someone discover the same? Or should I ask CWA to refund for the 2 unused DSP's?

Regards,

This is normal. One DSP is used by the pulsar system. Try a search.

Unused? They do THE job very well. Sometimes there are tasks that are not straight forward related to music in our world. But without them nothing would have happen

I guess it depends on how you want to work Nestor. If you want to work realtime with live mixes then I can see where a lot of DSP would come in handy! I have 14 DSP and it seriously isn't enough. The good thing is it doesn't matter how many dsp you have you can still get the same result if you work stage by stage and have the patience to do so (as demonstrated by some of your own productions I might add). Imagine if you had 34 DSP. you'd be unstoppable!

PS. Wayne, for some reason I thought you were in Melbourne! Still 11:30pm is probably early for some audio geeks! I should know, as one recording session I played started at 3:00pm and finished 6:00am the next morning!
