What the heck does this mean?

Okay. My system is a P4, 3GHz, hyper-threading off. ACPI mode off. Pulsar XTC is IRQ 17 on a brand new (with newly flashed BIOS - installed b4 xtc) mobo (MSI 865PE Neo2). One gigabyte RAM. Windows XP Pro. Cubase 2.01. Whenever I try to use some of the effects plugins or vsti's from my xtc in cubase, I get the error described above, and a similar error regarding a DSP file called "Volume Limiter" something or other. I've reinstalled the Pulsar 3.1c SFP software package three times now (two times were fresh installs [lastest was too] and one time I tried it over the top of itself. I've run Norton WinDoctor to eliminate registry problems. I've scanned for viruses. I've even looked for files on my hard-drive that might be the ones its searching for, but can't find them. What the heck is going on?

Neophyte Pulsar user, just bought the darn thing, and, sigh, already such problems. I know it's something on my system uniquely, because Creamware support cannot reproduce the error nor have they got anything like it in their support database. Arg! The tech support guy suggested that I post to planetz, so, here I am!

Hopefully, someone can help me. Please respond to "neos.matrix@earthlink.net"
