Hi everybody,
when I send MIDI-Data from my Keyboard to my SFP-Software (PulsarII) I have the problem that sometimes a note I played doesn't stop anymore. Using a MIDI-Monitor I found out that the related note-off-events don't even arrive in SFP... the keyboard is quite old, is it possible that it doesn't send all note-off-events correctly?
Thanks,
Gockel
MIDI Problem
Are you sending MIDI to the Pulsar using an actual MIDI cable, or are you using the Sequencer MIDI source module?
I've had better results by simply plugging the Pulsar's MIDI connector to my external interface, as if it was outside of the PC.
Also... I had the exact problem you mentioned when I was using a 9V transformer on one of those entry-level MIDI controller keyboards - well, using a 12V one fixed the problem.
Good luck
