How do you do it with payment when selling to someone in another country?

If you're in europe, then give your IBAN number and the BIC Code to the buyer. Then the buyer can transfer the money to your account.

you can "post mail with delivery against payment" : the receiver can take the package only if he pays the sum you tell the post office to receive. it's easy, no bank transfer fees.
