I have two pulsar II and I have the i/o attached on the first (well now second) pulsar but my computer sees the the i/o pulsar as second.
How can I make the cahnge of priority ?
I know that I can use the i/o of the other card but I would like to know why it sees the pulsar that is on 4th pci slot as first and the one on the second pci slot as second.

That's your mobo's decision...If the cards are equal...it's not up to them!

During 3.1(x) Setup you get at a screen where you can import the authorisationkeys. In this screen on the left side you see the installed boards and their s/n. If you highlight the board with the i/o's (there's a sticker with a serialnr on each board)this will be the board that takes care of most of the PCI data traffic and will appear as first board.I guess these settings are saved in the CSET.ini, so probably you can edit them there as well. Hope this answers your question.

Marc

Hi
Page 102 of the installation guide
shows...
[board0]
boardid=1

[board1]
boardid=0

added to the CSET.INI file to change the order of the boards.
