Hi,

I have a new Luna insatlled on my Pc,
I have a soundblaster live (my older soundcard) and the intera lntel sound card.
my problem is that my computer see "No audio device " in the sound and audio device manger.
I can not play my audio player through the Luna.
I tried disabling the older cards,
do the soundblaster is disabled but the intel card can not be disabled - since it returns to it's "use this device card"
when ever I restart my Pc .
well at least I think this is the problem ...

can any one help here.

Make sure XTC mode is disabled and be sure to have SFP.exe running. Then you should be able to output stuff through Luna.

hi,
thanks for answering me.

Do you mean by that , that I need to unmark
the X near the XTC enable mode in the Scope settings?
If this is so then I need to retsart my Pc
inorder to play my media player ,if i add a XTC session before ??

regards

Yes, your Creamware cards will sadly not function as a normal audiocard unless the SFP environment is not running with a Wave Source driver loaded (XTC mode and SFP can not run at the same time). This is why I abandoned XTC mode quite some time ago. Also, there are many other benefits. Things simply sound better when mixed through the SFP mixers.

I don't think you have to restart your machine though.

No no no, just start SFP with a project that includes a wave source. (wave source -> mixer -> Luna analog dest)

yes.the arrange window is virtual reality.it works as though all the programs are real world devices represented by those modules.things connect and operate the same way as hardware in the real world.
