Can´t save SFP windows positions and size changes

Hi,
I want to customize Pulsar(SFP) windows positions and sizes (version 3.1c), but after resizing and repositioning and saving as Startup and Default project, positions and sizes aren´t saved ....

What´s the problem ?

There is screenshot locking option ? I don´t know about it, so I will check it ...

Sorry, I mean "screenset" .lol.
