Where to get old Luna/PS Mixer?

I would like to have this one back. I still have the old CD, but the mixer is somehow integrated in one of the cab files, so I would have to install the software to be able to get it. And to do this, I would have to uninstall SFP first. Don't want to go through this procedure. Does somebody know wehere to get the mixer?
