SFP can´t be loaded after Halion installation

Hi,
I already have read some topics about this problem, but nowhere I find final solution without any deinstalling, reinstalling or cleaning registry.

So what shoud I do ? I uninstalled Halion, but SFP still can´t start. Is it possible to run Halion with SFP on same machine ?
