Surface looks pretty good. I was going to comment on the first one which was a bit too messy but now it seems you made a few adjustments with the alignment of the knobs which makes it more readable.
I would stay away from too expressive backdrop graphics like ganja leaves although personally I'd try to add a bit of texture to the blue background (something like brushed metal, or maybe something more "vintage") because I think it would make it look even nicer.
I don't know, what the "sample and hold" is - but maybe, it is the same as the "hold" function on my old digital 1u Washburn delay.
1) It lets the dry signal thru
2) It cuts just the input to the delay stage (pre feedback)
3) and sets repeat to infinity
So I just get forever the same thing. Untill I press bypass. If I depress bypass, it plays the same loop again. If I depress the hold, it looses all, there is in the buffer and acts like a normal delay unit again.
An alternative way to do it would be, that it doesn't empty the buffer, but instead just reopens the input to the delay stage. This will make the loop fade out, while new inputs are being precessed. My favorite would be to have a hold button, and next to that another button, that decides, if "unholding" empties the buffer (loop) before letting other stuff in.
I was going to suggest a "hold" function myself, when I saw the picture, but I was too late.
Ok that's very easy to do, but in the insert version, it would add to much modules to have it work "automatically". (yes there's is a midi version coming, mainly for synth enveloppe modulation, but it could be nice to include an auto "Hold and sample".
In the insert version, you put spectrum to off, dual delay to off, feedback to the max , and play with the input pot : I have just tested with my remote midi : buttons switch the Input Pot (which is an "effect send", not a gain input) between min and max, and as dry passes through, you can jam with the infinite feedback loop !
The thing is that SpaceF ECHO deals with what I call "more than infinite feedbacks" (to infinity... and beyond,, yaaaaa) , so a little more ressources are necessary to have a "hold and sample" function (which needs spectrum to be put off).
But i will try to implement it in the midi version to switch spectrum and Dual delay on/off automatically, and get a nice button to hold...
All the best...

I've been attending school for a couple of years at a very intensive pace so I haven't been able to work. I'm now moving 2700 miles across the country. Student loans have helped me get the occasional Plugin or piece of gear. Oh & there's that rent & food stuff too!
