Luna-effects-cubase-in same time?

Can you please explain me how to USE and RECORD Luna effect?I have Cubase Sx.When I am in XTC mode it says"xtc effect are not enabled"or something,when I turn off xtc mode,I can see effects in the list,but when I try to choose one,it says"sorry,plugin failed to install".Only way for me to try Luna effect is to turn OFF sfp,then start cubase,but then I am not able to record or mixdown luna effects.If I make mixdown,channel that is under effect is distorted,and very very weird.Technical support told me MERGE INSTRUMENTS BEFORE PROCESSING EFFECT or something like that,and I don't understand that...somebody told me that I need to connect something and to record in new channel in cubase all music,but how can I do that,if I can't use effect and run sfp in same time?

I don't use XTC mode (so fare) but you should install Cubase before SFP. Then XTC effects and synths will install as VST plugins under the ...SteinbergCubase dir.

In SFP mode you can play 1 track in Cubase into SFP mixer, add effects and route it into
Cubase for recording
Like: Cubase BUS1 - Asio source #1 - mixer with effects - Asio dest #2 and record with stereo IN #2 in Cubase...

Distortion? should not be!

I made install in order you mentioned,but no results

when I try to run effect it says SORRY,EFFECT IS NOT INSTALLED or something.But it shows xtc folder ! and effect in it(I mean I can see them in cubase effect list).Now I can't even run them without sfp,it says sfp platform is not running....
I am doing forum search right now,but so far there is noone with problem like this

Hi!
It's not possible to mixdown (export wave files) tracks with SFP synths (with Luna you just get Volkzampler, or additional packs)and/or SFP effects are used. These tracks must be record in real time. There are several ways to get it done.
1- you may(shall) edit your XTCproject.pro in SFP mode regarding your needs, save it and close SFP. (to draw the routing scheme may save you time if you forget it)
2- load SX and go to device setup/VST multitrack/Control Panel/Ulli-asio and check desired settings (asio2+Sync, 16/24 bit, and I always click 6 ms =4ms/44.1K even always it's matched and EVERYTIME after loading SX.
3- Go to devices/plugin information/VSTplugins and click update to get correct latency (4ms=386).
These steps 2 and 3 are crucial for recording and live play VSTi's and/or external mic/lines and monitoring them.
Now recording tracks with XTC FXs:
1- Enable any SX Bus Outputs (asio sources)previously routed to asio dests (XTCproject) and send track to this out.
2- Enable the VST input refering to that asio dest, and get an audio track with this input selected, with monitoring on, now, you can record and hear the track you want.
If you want to mix all your tracks it's the same but choose that out bus as the mixer out.
Keep trying/understanding and you'll find some other ways. Have luck
