In Denmark we have fixed measures for the alcohol content. You have quite some variances!
Information for new readers: A forum member named Braincell is known for spreading lies and malicious information without even knowing the basics of, what he is talking about. If noone responds to him, it is because he is ignored.

20% - it's much!
There are some rumours about the content - previously they added SO2 to make the 'wine' stronger but it was still a 'fruit wine' while these days we have to expect the liquid to be some chemical mixture with the aroma identital to the natural.
You may say who is the offer directed to? Unemployees and poor peeople (hey, it's the 'orbit for the masses') but also youth subcultures are in full respect to the product due to its rough and vintage character
So what would you choose: cherry or strawberry? Or even toffi and chocolate??????

Andy, we've found recently new source for mead, that is simply league above dwojniak you've tried
But beverages above have nothing to with noble mead. as Wojtek mentioned, to avoid seasoning they had (hefty) addition of sulfur oxide, and i remember taste of them as rather disgusting
