well as always your work sounds slick and professional.
i dunno, maybe the sidestick sounds a bit too "modern"?
maybe a bit of hi cut on the sidestick, and add some pretty compressed snare brushes would do to get an older feeling if you want to go "girl from ipanema" all the way. :wink:

Yeah, your are perfectly right. This is only a skectch so the filmdude has something to put on, while he is working. Is has to sound more true to the roots.
