AC3 decoder for pulsar.

i am searching for an AC3 decoder device for Pulsar.
I want use SPDIF input, and obtain 5 + 1 Dolby Digital outputs.
Please some experience.

Subject: I wish!

I don't know if this is possible because of the copyright issues. No AC3 decoder should give the signal out in digital format and I don't know if it is possible to prevent this in Pulsar. Of course someone could do this as an illegal freeware software..
