Does anyone where I can buy ADAT protective dust plugs?

you can also put tape to close the holes (it won't touch the optical wires)

They are compatible with standart optical (toslink) caps. Try at a hifi service or at something like Conrad Electronics.

I went to some hifi shops, but none of them had them. Where on the internet can I get them then?
