From CW website:
"....Also, the company will release several further new PlugIns for their SPF and Noah product line within the next weeks"

What's SPF?

I just have to say........

I have been in to computorized music production for half my life.
And i have dreamed about being able to work with a platform that would have everything i could think of, FX's, synthezisers, mixxers, etc....etc....at a low price.
But everybody knows that "stuff" cost allot of money.

But suddently.....now we finally have it.
I just can't believe it....i can't believe its finaly true...AT a low price (I at least know so!!!)

Thanx to CW i am happier now then ever.
i have had alot to complain at...there is alot i would like to change...
But i do not feel like complaining anymore.
I do not feel like throwing words in the face of CW, that have made my LIFE more exiting, and joyfull then it ever was before.

All the money iv'e spent on CW "stuff" have been completely worth it.
I dont regret bying these Cards.
I love CW and they have my suport.

CW is one of the best things that has happend to the digital music world, and i would like to se it flourish and get bigger and bigger !!!
We all CW user's are slammin' beats we've made with the system that we love and cherish so mutch.
And i know you want to keep it that way.

I thank CW for the're work !!!
And thank you John Cooper for this wonderfull forum, that alow us CW user's to come together.
And much love, from me to all you CW users out there.

There is a new GODDESS in my life.....
And I call her Pulsar.....

Besides...im sick with high feber...mabye im just a little bit emotional right now....

i feel sleepy....mabye i should lie down....yes...just for a while.........zzZZzzzZZZZzZZZZzZZZZzzzZZZ....

bump!

according to a NEW information (december 2003)in the german "keyboards" forum, CW aren´t able to pay their bills anymore.

http://www1.keyboards.de/

there is a thread called "!Creamware r.i.p.!" which refers to informations on the page

https://www.insolvenzen.nrw.de

(use "creamware" in the search "suchen". It is not allowed to copy and paste this information.)

basically it says that by 12/08/03 the official status of their chap8 is "insufficient assets" .

Last chance now is that someone actually BUYS the whole company

cross your fingers,everybody!

Here are the according laws in german( sorry can´t trranslate this)

http://bundesrecht.juris.de/bundesrecht ... 00000.html

this is how i understand it:

the first information we all have , is the insolvency.

The new information is: the guy who does the insolvency declared oficially, that CW has "insufficient assets".

I that case, an insovency is closed either by selling out everything left or by selling the whole company. There still is a big chance that someone is interested in buying cw, but the buyer would have to pay all cw´s open bills first.

The same reply I put in the other thread in General Pulsar Discussion.

I understand more like the administrator reporting that the insolvency situation is still present, nothing more ...

And they had to comply to 208,209,210 articles, the babel fishing gave me headaches maybe it's also somewhat cryptic for germans too !
