I would like to know if anyone ever had a card repaired by Creamware and under what circumstances? It seems as though my days are NUMBERED with Creamware products.
It's only a Luna. If it was a SCOPE!!!!!!!!!!

you know, there is a lot of cw presence on their new forums, especially by ralf.he seems to like fixing people's problems, too.make some noise there.........(be mr. sqeaky wheel..)
It took a little over 4 weeks to get my Scope/SP card repaired.
And I even spend 75 euro on UPS Xpress to get the card to Creamware the fastest way possible !
And THEN they send me an invoice for the repair even though the card was under warranty !
Thanks for the enlightenment brothers. I have realized awhile that certain manufacturers don't care about their low end product users. I am not putting Creamware into that LEAGUE as yet. It is early still. I must make a little reference to Emagic. They never provided upgrade past 4.81 for Logic Audio Gold, Silver or Micrologic AV. When you buy a product you are expecting good support not to be dumped at some later stage.
Don't matter how small but your hard earned dollar counts
I am using my SB card now. Like a dog eating his vomit.
I have a PowerSampler (1) card which was one of the early ones. When i registered the serial code i got a message telling me to return it (don't know if they had a batch problem or something). Anyway sent it back and i got a replacement card no trouble - can't remember the time scale though - but it wasn't bad, probably two to three weeks (had to go from UK to Germany & back again)
I had one of my pulsar II's for repair. After waiting ½ year for it to return (which was ok to me, course I had other cards), I contacted the dealer to get a status. He said that they were still having problems repairing it. The case ended up with after 1 year and 4 months, he gave my a brand new card, after I said to him in person, that I would not leave without getting what I deserved.
I've had me Luna for repair. I called them after about two months. They told me to send it back the same day, and I received the Luna short after that.
So maybe you should call them.

???
Logic Gold is at version 5.5.1 on PC, and 6.0.1 on Mac !
Silver could be upgraded to "Audio" which is also at 5.5.1 and 6.0.1
???
Kimgr. There is a difference. There was Logic Audio Gold and Logic Audio Silver which they stopped supporting at version 4.81. They changed to Logic Gold and Logic Silver which has Version 5+. One cannot use these upgrades to upgrade any previous versions of the Logic Audio series. Neat trick. It is time that some LEGAL BRAINS take a good look at the devilish ways some of those manufacturers are operating. People involved in music production are generally peaceful and humble. They would thread heavily on your humility. EXPLOITATION.
abre, that's BS...
Why should Emagic give you version 5 for free ? Who's gonna pay the programmers ?
There where some 20 free version 4.x updates with a lot of new features, and version 4.8.1 was practically bug-free !!!
This is not just for you personally, but for everybody: I'm getting really, really, really tired of all this "I want this/that/software/update/upgrade for free" BS... It's like a decease spreding as fast piracy
