I just did an easy house get up, with just bass and ep. The bass from six strings does it again.. really funky, and really melodious. whoa, it's been a while since I've last did some composing. too much programming makes me sick.

The sound's really untreated, so don't mind the sound.

By the way, the trance project is finished. We'll be putting up an english website soon where you can check out the music and also some video. heads up, stay tuned.

Hi Ken!
First I shall say that genre definitions are more and more misunderstanding me. When I saw "house" I thought not to listen to this one but today I gave it a try and that's a good surprise. If this is house then I like house now!
I'm going to post about it in OT forum, I don't mean it's your fault of course, this piece can lead to such different places coz the chord progression, the rythm, the timbres, are so great that I thought this would never be "house".
Thank you and lots of fun!

LATINO STYLE !

Nice rhythm - must be great to compose after such a long break from it ! Should be on a beach in Rio sipping on martinis or something . . .

Looking forward to the trance machine !

p.s. my only reservation is the snare sound - bit wishy washy ?

wow, thanx zezappa. This would be a sort of brazillian house, with a bassline with mainly disco/funk influence. I'm really glad you've found a link to a new style. Look under brazillian house and you'll find a lot like this. It's becoming a mainstream in house these days.

Latino is the way! I luv it! I've only to wait for the real latino bassist (Nestor) to check out this tune... (grin)
