From the CreamWare site:
Er, Frank, the word 'frigid' has certain connotations beyond 'cold' in English which may mean a rewrite of the text could be in order!Wild filter modulations and warm analog feel for frigid digital sounds. Rhythmically chopped drum loops and pads, wicked stereo effects and funky guitar sounds. The Interpole filterbank offers all this and more.

Frigid... I see... +blush+ ... yeah it was actually in our specs to apply it on anything frigid, for that warm analog feel, you know?! +glow+
Thanks, I guess we better fix THAT.
CAUTION - monitoring our shop server I am getting more and more reports that our server is currently not completing Interpole purchases as it should! One customer already reported he was not getting the key on "his page". PLEASE STAND BY with your purchase until we can fix it tomorrow (Wed). You may try but possibly we need to deliver your key tomorrow. I'm sorry...

Hi Frank,
I'm a little frustrated that none of the new plugins have been available as part of any deals or have been offered at discount rates to loyal users. As an owner of a 33 dsp Creamware system and pretty much every plugin available I havent been in a position to take advantage of any of the creamware bundles/deals. Even the recent hardware upgrades were of little interest since I have all the plugins that were offered. I have bought each of the new plugins that have been released, eg minimax, vinco but I have had to pay full price and it would really be nice to get a discount as a loyal customer since none of the other bundles and deals are relevant to me.
Please consider offering Interpole and other such products at a reduced rate for loyal customers.
Im sure it would increase sales and customer commitment!
many thanks,
tom
just been thinking.. how about a loyalty scheme, points based or otherwise. ie if you spend more, you get discounts in the future. or you could offer discounts if you buy 2 or more devices together. this must include the latest devices since most people have the old ones.
Most of the previous/existing deals involve buying hardware to get cheap/free plugins but so rarely do people upgrade the hardware, its a much bigger investment and of no interest for those who already have a large system.

Yep, it was more than just one problem and we couldn't solve it today. As tomorrow is a holiday in Germany and this Friday many people take a day off, it may be Monday until Interpole goes back online. Hopefully sooner.
@orbita
I'm sorry if our deals didn't work out for you so far. We'll consider your comments. It's just very difficult to find offerings that are universally interesting. What we usually do is introductory pricing when plugins are released, so this might be your way to save on the regular price. We thought about something like "bonus miles" for loyal users already but this is a major project to account for and implement in the shop. Some day....

Yes, the loyalty miles would be difficult to implement but a discount when buying 2 plugins wouldnt be so hard. The store also knows what we have previously purchased and what cards we have registered so it could take that into when calculating the price.
Also.. I know this is picky, but shouldn't it be a Gimme 3 promotion?

Are you saying Six-Sting is not included in the promotion - because it is currently listed on the Gimme Five page as one of the plugins offered. However, the other new devices are not listed on that page (I am assuming because they are not released yet -but maybe the page should mention that they are included as part of the promotion when they become available???)(not 3rd party, and except Sixtring)
I would hope that Six-String is offered since part of the idea with this promotion was to have the same devices you are geting on Noah available to you on your Pulsar system.
Also, the Gimme 5 page needs to be updated with the new dates.
You're right. However, I think it should stay Gimme 5 - and the number of plugins being offered should be corrected. Five plugins would allow you to get closer to having all the devices you get with Noah in the studio on your Pulsar system: Six-String, Minimax, B-2003, Interpole, Pro-One (substitue Vocodizer if you don't have it, but have one of the above).Also.. I know this is picky, but shouldn't it be a Gimme 3 promotion?![]()
Ok, one more thing... going forward, it would be nice if Creamware allow people who have a Pulsar and Noah system to buy a device once and be able to use it on both systems (rather than having to purchase each device twice - A Noah version and a SFP version). It seems that it could work very similar as two cards do now through the registration process. I know there are some issues since both systems are not linked together at all times like two PCI cards - but it seems like there has to be some solution that would still allow adequate copy protection.
