I'm a little bit confused about ASIO drivers. I see all kinds of drivers all over the net and I am wondering if the SFP 3.1c drivers are up-to-date.

I thought ASIO drivers where for a specific piece of hardware. Samplitude recognises mine as Scope ASIO.

I guess my real question is:
Are the ASIO drivers we get with our Creamware cards the only ones we can use?
I may be completely off... please tell me if I am

Yes, they are the only ones. There's a couple of 3rd party drivers for 'generic' soundcards like the SB, but not for CW cards.
You could try switching between the bèta WDM and the final 3.1c drivers...
