A new Cubase song with the new Phat as VSTi didn't open anymore.
I emailed Art Gillespie who created this tool.
He asked me if he could send me by mail a 'test build' Phatmatic he just was working on to eliminate a related bug.
This file was just 200k, not a problem at all, even if I had used a Hotmail or another netbased account.
I got this test build in a minute.
And yes, the song opened immediately.
You can imagine how glad I was!
This guy Art is just one on his own, I mean he IS Bitshift Audio, programming, packing, contacts (with some help of his wife
).Yet he takes time to give full support to his customers!
