Hi there,

Since creamware will be closed. for the weekend, i thoughed, lets give it a shot at plannetz : i read some articles on this forum about the error code 0001. Some users had the same problem, after instalation. Except, for me, the sfp platform and plugins are working perfectly, only after starting the dp software i get a error 0001 in return. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

older versions return the same error code, even after installing win98 (normaly xp) i get the same return code. I have 2 pulsar2 cards, and even though i select the right card, the key seems to be invalid. Does the physical place in my computer (slot) mather??
am i missing anything??

i can't imagine creamware gave me the wrong code??!!

thanx!!!

i may hope so, since it's an official
key for my card

i don't think creamware would give me a
key for a card that doesn't combine

it's advisable though to have quite some dsp's.

What version of /DP are you using ?
3.00.xx and later work with the SFP hardware drivers, but the older 1.xx and 2.xx versions don't...

You can fix this by copying the 'sim2k.dll' file from the SFP/App/Bin directory.
(Backup the /DP version first)
If you're using Win98/ME the file is named 'sim.dll'

Kim.

Thanx Kimgr, i tried it, but it doesn't seem to be the problem. i am a step closer though.
i thoughed the dp key was included in the allkeys.skf but it's not. (while the setup says. file imported correctly.) and then returns 0001. So my guess is 0001 stands for no key found.

you have to type it yourself, but somehow, when i do this, it returns, invalid key, so my guess is that i just have to call creamware why my pulsar is not excepting the code..

thanx
