i recently finished a project and all my attempts to record it to wavelab end up with lots of clicking noise.
i talked to my local distributor and they said defrag the hard drive, error check it and play with the audio buffer in cubase but all of these solutions dont work
if anyone has an idea plz help me out
thnx
btw this has never happened to me before, all my other projects were recorded perfectly to wavelab

go to Pulsar Scope main menu 'Live Bar', choose 'Set' , choose Settings, choose ULLI (ultra low latency I-ehh).
Very low latency is just important if you play 'live' on a external midi keyboard routed to a soft synth.
Hope Ulli solves your problem.
good luck

R u using the WAV or ASIO drivers with Wavelab? If you are using the wave ones, changing latency wont do any difference (these latency buffers apply only to ASIO).
If I have understood right: you play your project in SX and you want to record the whole of it in Wavelab, right?
If I were you, I would route the audio in SFP to an ASIO dest module instead of the Wave module and then record the whole thing in SX. This way, you have the advantage of stressing less the CPU, since you are not loading an additional program to do just that (Wavelab). And since you say that this has never happened before, then I suspect that your SX project may be CPU heavy and for this reason it is difficult to record it.
Hope that helps!
