I'd appreciat help with the follwoing situation. ...


With the pevious help from this forum .. I have now managed to get MSN chat to Work.

Next step .... My conversation partner and I are getting slapback delay ... When I speak, I can hear my own voice about .. oh .. I dont know .. er ... 15 - 25 milliseconds later.

My friend is getting the same.


I think there might be something happening with the routing ...


Have any of you any ideas?

If you hear yourself again after a real long time, his speakers blast your voice into his mic back to your speakers...

draw a map of your routing, including hardware monitoring and microfone.
If you get a circle, you must break the circle.
By using phones for example.

But I never had MSN voicing, so this is a general approach :smile:
