What´s the problem simply connect Asio in and out and the desired midi ports and synths in your project ans start logic. If the wave player fails to initialize, simply drag an additional wave source to the project (without connetcion) and everything should run just fine.

Your question, Artic, can be both simple one as well as a very complex beast. The best way is to read the manual and if you have got none then go: http://www.creamware.de/en/Download/manuals/default.asp and download one appropriate to your card/software
