Lost aspi-win??? 2many tweaks

Hi all, I hope someone can help me. just came back from XP to 98se, A lot of compatibility problems on my side.Now when I fire up nero to burn a cd I get an error message that says cant find win-aspi??? and I can only burn an image. Also when I try to import cd files into sound forge. I confess I have performed a number of tweaks mentioned here in the planetz forum and perhaps if I can untweak and get my burner back I can get on with the work of making music. any suggestions are appreciated.

Just reinstall aspi4.7x from adaptec...

Or do a search on google for 'force aspi'

Download the Win 98 ASPI drivers from the CD burning software site. I had the same prob.
