Hi,

i am desperatly trying to control one of the Pulsar Mixers with one of my Midi-controllers.
Everything is fine with the faders but i haven't found a way to control the buttons on the Pulsar Mixers.
My controllers only send static controller values (or simple Note numbers) on their buttons like Controller 10 Value 1 but the Pulsar mixer needs Value 0 and 127 for e g muting and unmuting a channel.
Perhaps anybody can program a little Pulsar Midi device that takes an incoming Midi Ctrl Value (or even Keyboard Notes) and then sends out the same Ctrl but with values 0 and on the next press value 127 and after that 0 again so that you can toggle those Buttons on the Mixers.
I don't know if that is possible at all but it would be highly useful for remote controlling.

Greetings

For buttons i use CC# too, any CC# with value 126 in 'off', 127 is 'on' usually.

I've just used the mod-wheel on my midi-keyboard for programming buttons..
That works pretty nice, just turn the mod-wheel all the way to max to tun on a button..

Hi,

sure you can use wheels and stuff to mute channels but then you have to use the mouse all the time to click on the channel you want to mute and you can't mute more than one channel at a time.
The problem is that with Pulsar you always need two different Ctrl values for the two states mute/unmute whereas most midicontrollers simply send just one value on their buttons or even plain Note numbers.
Creamware should have implemented a toggle function (like in reason, cubase, live) anyways but they never valued a decent midi implementation for their mixers.
Anyone who can build this little tiny toggle-controller-device?
