Interesting question. If I get some time I'll measure the difference.

Dear great ones

I seen the light, and I am about to offload my Yamaha DSPF in favour of more creamware dsps...but I have a question which I think you can answer.
I want to sync cards via the SPDIF from a preamp which I know has very good clock.
If I add a multi i/o box eg the 2496 via Z-link, will this also sync to the clock signal from the SPDIF ?

The Luna2496 is always slaved to Pulsar, it can't run alone. It will always follow Pulsar's clock.

<deep joy> thanks for helping. Would you expect any problems in running multi pulsars/lunas, all clocked from SPDIF input of one card ? (and maybe all with 2496 interfaces ?!)
