Problems recording into Sound Forge with asio (clicks)

Help!! Has anyone had this problem.
While recording a mix down from SFP using Asio drivers I get some clicks on the mix on the 2 track in Sound Forge.
I think I have tried everything but nothing seems to work. I tried using the wav drivers in SFP but the project is so slow in Sonar that it is painfull to work with. Asio is so quick
Mobo is Asus P4T533-C
WD 80 Gig 8m drive
Matrox G550

This is off topic but I need to ask: How quiet is that WD disk? I am buying a new system and I need to find that out.

The drive is great. I have my cpu box in another room though, so it does not really matter. I have a IBM Maxtor also in the box but it is quite quiet.
