Does anyone have this problem as well:
when you create a new presetlist to store your own presets, sometimes when you try to load a preset, SFP craches! I don't think it happens when using the "standard" list so it isn't really a problem as in that it prevents me from using the thing (far from it, it's way too cool for that), but an update to the new system would be nice nevertheless.
I've told John about this and he said an update with the new preset system would be here in februari. It seems he's been busey with the Solaris and probably other stuff as well, but I thought maybe if more people could confirm this, then it might get a bit more priority.

*Please John!*

I've emailed John about this too, although it doesn't crash my system i want the new preset list style. There is an update of Pro-One i've seen but it's for Noah and John apparently hasn't had much to do with it. i'm sure it won't be too much longer, eh John?

How do you create a new preset list in a 2.04 device? You can only edit and save current. What I prefer, is to save the device including the list. If I want more than 128 presets, I make a new copy of the device

For a new preset list, he'd have to redo the whole device. I can imagine the sequencers are a big wiring job. It works great, so why bother?

I wanted to have a seperate list for my own presets, so I took the standard list, and deleted all the presets, and saved my own stuff, then saved the list as a seperate pre. file. When I load this pre. file in the preset window (by cicking on the grey bar on the right), and sometimes when I load a preset from this list, SFP craches.

Ah yes, actually i was talking about Pro One Solo which i own which doesn't have the sequencer. i just find that with the new style presets management I'm more inclined to create my own sounds as they can all be stored with the factory sounds in separate banks in one giant preset file (hence my recent Prophet bank which includes all the factory presets too) rather than having loads of different presets files for one device.

If you contact Santa (better known as John Bowen) he may have a little surprise for you!
