how to restore win200 Services ?

hello everyone.
i'v install win200 and go so Services
(control panel > administration tools >
Services )and i'v change some setings there .
after i restart my computer it sims that my change's couase some problem .
i don't remember exectly what Services i'v
disable or change to manual and i'd like to restore all of this Services to defult or to the same way they have worked after i install win2000.
eny help would be appritiate .
