RHODES-TRIPHOP
Lovely - I hope we'll get the privelage of listening to the final version . . .
I think the volume of the Rhodes is fine except where the louder drums come in and the melody becomes a bit more 'soloey'. For the rest of it, if there's going to be a silky voice over it, the rhodes is fine sitting back, but for a solo, it could definitely be a bit more forward.
Cheers,
Will.

Hi,
This version was only intented as a work version, like an emotional statement. It was never the meaning that the Rhodes should play solo.
I had the luck today that the singer Miriam was by, and put her beatiful voice on this. I'm gonna mix and clip a bit, and then post the results.
Anyway she liked it alot, and the song took a whole deferend turn with her voice on. It's funny when you hear things in your head, and want to control everything. Then somebody turn that thing up and down, and you get really positively surprised, and get something thats a million times better than in your head. I got that feeling today, and I'm absolutly in total love with her voice and ideas.
HUBRID : Send me some music and I'll give it a try...
