Hi again... damn! I'm sorry, this is a really simple setup, i can only guess the motherboard then... CUV4X is a via chipset board, but i don't know what is the pci performance of this board... Do you have any usb stuff plugged in? can you disable stuff in bios like serial ports, paralel port, usb port? Are you in XP? If in XP have you installed in ACPI mode or standard mode? If you don't know exactly what i mean, you are in ACPI mode, and this older board wasn't supporting it...
