Well.
I have had this little problem for a long time now.....ever since i started using the SDS hmm....
I have had this problem with every platform iv'e ever used.
Now i use XP+SX+SFP.
Before i used WIN98+Cubase24 and 32+Pulsar Software versions 2 up to 3.
The SDS still wont trigger correctly(even with my new very stable DAW)!!!
Sometimes i triggers to late...sometimes too early and many times...there are just too mutch.
I am starting to suspect(took a while though cause of the jackass brain of mine)that the midi buffer is to big, and if i set the buffer to a smaller "number" mabye these problems will go away ???
What do you think my friends ???
