firtst i thought 'not my cup of tea', but after listening to it again, i must say this track is, well, impressive. great organ sound (and of course not played by an idiot), clever composing,... this must sound BIG on a stage and played through a nice PA, and imagine a nice light show...

but yeah... i've had a german girlfriend, and although german and dutch are much alike, i just can't get used to it hearing it in music

i feel the urge to listen to ELP's barbarian now.

Thank you, Borg, for quick and friendly answering.
The organ is my favorite sound from the Yamaha MU90 module.
The lyrics contain some horrible visions: daemons are occupying a town and in a poor room a woman gives birth to a baby without head. The daemons grow to gigantic - earthquake, fire, red heaven ... An apocalyptic scenario.

He Borg, what a nice accident: ELP's "The Barbarian" and my little song have the same tonality (f#m)! I've never noticed before.
But ELP is surely a big pattern for me. Do you know the "Trilogy"-CD? You can find something in my music again, conscious or not.

I've tried several times to download this now, but I keep getting an error message saying site unavailable - try again later.
Anyone else having this problem because I'm really looking forward to listening to this one.

Strange! If it's not possible to download for you, I'd try to send the song as a private message. But this could be hard: big files seem to be a problem for me, if they're sent as a email appendix.

I agree with Borg on this one. It must sound HUGE on stage. I hope this isn't offensive - but it reminded me a LOT of a Rock opera called "HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH" - which was fantastic in it's own right.
The playing is brilliant. 'nuff said. A keeper

And Charlie said: "I'm cool with that" and set fire to a posh hammer to make it official

Hi blgrace,

I've never heard about this opera, really. But writing an opera would be a giant topic!

Thanks for the reply Herr Voight. It's something that I can't understand. I had no problem with your previous track (Hymne) which I love, but I can't download this.
As a point of interest Chris (Werner) and I use Frizzby 3.0 for large file transmissions - better than sending email and you can be on-line chatting at the same time. If you ever install it let me know and then you can send me this track.

Sorry Neil B, but Frizzby I don't know.
What do you think about Kazaa? If you use it, I post to you a time where I'm logged in Kazaa, and you get my song this way.

Hi Herr Voigt, I listen to your track few times and I like it very much, a nice story and very good music. It is one of the most complex works I heard here on Planet Z.
I like tracks with a story and music that tells and support the story as your track does it. Great.

I will sent Neil your track on our next FrizTalk time, so you both can relax.

Wirklich ne Runde Sache, toll.
Frizzby findest du unter frizzby.com

Cheers

Hi Herr Voight
I've not heard of Kazaa.
I wonder if it is something silly like the use of German letters in the song title? Or am I out of my tree this morning!
Thanks Chris - that's a good idea to send it via Frizzby.
If it is half as good as Hymne I want to hear it
