Hello people!

I have a slight problem with my set up. I feel that my Gigastudio is not behaving as it should with my Luna II.
The problem I have is that the only bit rate that Giga lets me select in hardware setup is 32 bit?? Why is that?
I'm running SFP3.1c with the latest WDM driver...

Thanks,

Alex

Giga has nothing to do with WDM driver... You got to use the GSIF driver!

Do you have to GSIF Src module in your SFP?

Are you in W2K or XP?

Hello!

It is true that Giga shows only 32bit, even if you load the GSIF module (which is the only way I know in order Giga to work. WDM or ASIO drivers wont do the job right, or they wont do it at all) However, this doesnt cause any problem. All samples are played correctly and there is not any apparent quantization noise sounding, at least to me. Just make sure that you choose the same sample rate in Giga and in SFP. If you dont, your samples will play at the wrong speed and pitch.
Hope I helped!

Thank you
