program changes

Hi there,
i am looking for a dev wich only sends program change messages.
My problem is i got a pocket fader and i would like to change the presets over program change messages through pulsar midi a dest where is connected the pocket fader.

Celmo has a free device called Midi Mixer that's doing just that. Can also send bank change, and assign from 4 to 16 faders or knob to some CC# also... Go check Celmo's web site...
