Whenever I use modular II in a project and change anything (for instance a volume level in a patch)I can continue working. Frequently I can also select File Save Project at this point with no problems.
However at the end of a session or if I want to load a different project I get a fatal exception error when asked if I want to save the project.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I appreciate that I haven't given many details at this time but it may be a common problem with a quick solution. I can supply more details if needed.
It is driving me MAD - help please.
Fatal Errors with Modular II
i don't know at glance....but errors when you save something can occur when something must be overwritten when saving and it is write protected....
when you load another pro, and you are aksed to save, what do you do? save or cancel?
newer modulars2 have to be saved themselves, check if they are write protected..(it happens when you put files on cd, when you import them in the computer they are wr. protected.
just to try something....

Thanks for the prompt reply Alfonso.
I'm trying to recreate the error on my music pc now and of course I have now got Doctors Surgery Syndrome (DSS) - once you get to the doctor the pain has gone! I can't recreate the errors that I've been getting!
Nothing is write protected/read only and I'm using the module Montybass2.mdl
I'll post the error message next time it happens - which is normally every time!
Thanks
Neil
