There is a Paul@Creamware signed in to this forum. Have not heard much from him though. I don't think you should count on CW reading thins forum.

I do think, you have recieved some quiet bad custommer service (no reply yet). Did you mail ingo@creamware.de? Maybe some other people on this forum knows some other CW direct-to-specific-person-email-adresses? Bring them in - give Sandrob a chance to talk to as many CW people as possible untill his problem is solved. He deserves it.

B.t.w. have you tried Opera? I bought the Transient Designer with Opera 6.05.

Yes that is some strange thing with Opera and the CW forum. I do use both IE6sp1 and Opera6.05 at the same time - yes, I sometimes have them both loaded. The only reason, why I still use IE, is because some dumb websites are not compatible with the great piece of software named Opera. Opera7 will be out anyday from now, I believe. They have had the beta2 for download for quite some time now. I shure am looking forward to trying o7. But I can wait for the "final" version (shure some patches will come by later).

No risk in trying it Sandrob. It will not mess up IE. It might make IE look a bit slow though

As I said, I do not use Opera betas. I started my time with Opera with the o6 beta. One of the things, that did not work (but worked fine in the final release) ... was paying over the internet.

You can run as many Operas, as you like. You have choosen the "windows inside Opera" mode. This way, you can have as many windows as you like inside Opera, but you can close them all by closing Opera. Alt+P and then Windows and then the first option should change it for you

Pages like that are the reason, why I still have IE as a back-up. But realy - If I want to buy something over the internet, and it is "the buyers market" (easy to find good shops with the right prices), then I have more than once dumped a shop, if their page didn't work well with Opera.

i will use both in future
thanks, immanuel

btw: i still have no reply from cw, cw's prices are like before now and i don't want to buy transient designer anymore. also i will try to change something for masterverb. i have sts3000, vinco and optimaster to give.
in the meantime i bought uad-1 and now i'm looking to buy tc powercore. with both cards i will have the best plugins, while with cw everything what is better i must pay separetely.
so, it's time for new experiences to me

thanks to all of you who tried to help me
