I have to syncronise 2 Pulsar equiped PCs and some other digital devices over ADAT. How can I configure the Pulsar Clock settings? Is it usefull to get the wordclock sync plates?
Ur advice and experience would be very usefull...
Pulsar Clock settings...
Hi,
If you are only sync'ing audio (and no sequencers) then S/P-DIF or ADAT clock could be enough. Could be usefull when playing synths via MIDI on the second pc.
Try to set the PC w sequencer as master, slave the other devices to it. I used to chain 2 samplers and 2 pc's like that, and it worked good. If you hear no glitches, your sync is fine. If you hear crackles, try other master/slave configurations.
If that doesn't work or you have multiple sequencers, try wordclock or System Link if you have Cubase.
Best wishes,
