If you've got a pc with MS Office and Access 97 or higher - try "your own Studio Buddy 2" in the Tools forum. If you wish I can send you my personal copy with over 400 tips and tricks creamed from other sites such as those mentioned above. Some may be of help, but there are no tips for Reason.

Requires no installation.
Connects to Windows' standard Wave input. Stereo modes are a bit dodgy.
