but I recorded this song for a friend who's gonne do a funny satirical Xmas show on the evening of 24 december.
It's meant to be played a few times a day in the bar where the show will be performed..
Therefor there is an announcement (in Dutch) in the midpart of it, to let the folks know what'll be up that night.
The singer wrote the song by his own, we had to record it in a hurry, so it's not perfect yet, some words are out of tune and the timing sometimes isn't tight, but it doesn't really matter.

It gives me the opportunity to wish you all a few nice days this month!

nice structuring. it's like the ultimate Christmas tune type structure.. nice. Sounds like Elvis mixed with Sinatra.. maybe not. :lol: Great tune anyway.

If it's made on your knee (we say that in Poland if something is done so so) then I wonder what would happen if you spent a bre time with it! Good recording, nice voice, etc. Don't be ashamed of doing such things - every piece of work is your skills lifter :smile:

I'm not sure about the piano sound on the swing parts: sounds much more synthetic than the slow parts.

all the way in the colonies here,we don't always get to hear where the language that we use comes from.i liked the announcement!as to the tune,good job!what else could be asked for?you're in the union............
