Hello again,

I currently use just a Pulsar 1 card though I do also have a Pulsar 2 card, but as yet not installed. As far as I know, the Pulsar 1 can have a minimum of 13ms latency, which is passable, whereas I can achieve at least 7ms of latency with a Pulsar 2.
I hope this doesn't qualify as a dumb question, but when I eventually get around to connecting the Pulsar 2 card, what is the latency value that I will have? Will having the Pulsar 1 card connected affect the performance of the Pulsar 2 card therefore worsening the latency of the 2 card? Or will having the Pulsar 2 card connected improve the latency so that in essense the latency value will improve in the Pulsar 1 card by virtue of the fact that it is connected to the 2 card?
Finally, a question I have already asked, but the responses I got weren't too clear. Is it worth exchanging the Pulsar 1 card for the Pulsar 2 card in the Creamware Xmas offer. What benefits would there be if any? Should I do this considering that I already own a Pulsar 2 card?

Thanks in advance for your responses.

First, your Pulsar1 will benefit from the lower ULLI possibilities of Pulsar2... So if your Pulsar2 is detected first (in the order in which bios detect them for example, pci slot 1 is detected before pci slot2), the Pulsar2 will then be master, and pulsar1 will slave to it...3ms under XP, no problem...

Wow!!! Thanks for the quick response Marcuspocus (about 2 minutes from when I originally posted it). I really appreciate it!!!
You seem to have taken over the reins from Subhuman with regard to offering solutions and technical help. Or are you one in the same person? Hmmmm, I wonder.

No way, Subhuman is the real guru here, that's for sure...!

But he's actually in honey moon or something like this if i understood correctly the last time he was here.

I'm always glad to help when i can. PlanetZ really helped me when i first started with Luna and after that Pulsar1, so i know exactly what was the answer to your question, since i had the same questions not so long ago.
