Pulsar S/N
I had to send my PulsarII to Creamware Germany for repair. When I got it back it's got a new serialnumber. Does anyone know if it's possible to use the plugins bought at the Creamware shop? (Now I have two Pulsar II card's in my profile, but have only got 1 in the real world) - so do I have to buy the plugins like STS3000 again?
Eeek. Well you will need to contact support@creamware.de and explain the situation to them. Might take a few days, but they should take care of it for you. Post here if you have problems, I might have another email to try in a few days if that one doesn't work. Remember not to expect them to answer emails on weekends.

Hello:
I have some experience in this.
The DEALER in where you have purchased the board must send it to CW, notifying that the board is damaged.
Is a special procedure that up to the past year was authorized by Rembert Gantke.
If they don't receive your old board, it will continue in you personal page as "active".
Also the dealer MUST receive a special authorization for to give you a new board , of course with a new serial # and Key.
In my case, before that CW recognized the damage, they proofed the board with many tests that Rembert propose me via e-mail, for discard computer configuration problems.
If your card is out of warranty, is more complex due they don't give you a precise time for to return you the board repaired.
In this second case is useful to pray.
If you live in Germany you have more chances due Pulsar's God lives there.
PS:About the plugins, they will only work with the original board, so you must notify that your board was changed and request new Keys for them.
But until the old board don't arrive to CW you will not receive them.

Thank's for the replies. Actually my card went through all this procedure, that is was sent to the seller, Music store Köln, from there to Creamware Siegburg were it was repaired. When I finally got the card back there was letter in the package written by some guy at Creamware, were he says that the card now has a new S/N and gives that number. Because of this I should think it would the normal procedure for Creamware to look into the customers profile on their website and change the serials for the plugins that person has already bought - because they must realise that these plugins won't work any more after the fixing of the card!!
