Not quite as technically cutting edge.. I'd suppose. But goes more for the smooth "feel".

By the way, this is a mix so that my friend can practice, so he's only singing one verse, and no chorus arrangement. The kicks don't really "kick" as well.

Uses mod III rhodes patch :smile: , and stab type sounds found in my contest tune. (made in the same way) Reversed piano is a nice touch. The stabs have a major phase problem though.. gotta fix it.

He, he - but the speakers can! Try to play the track (0:59) in mono mode then switch to one channel mono and you'll see the difference in loudness.

Very nice, Ken! What did you do with the drum loop? It sounds like played back from a cassette player with bad 'tracking' adjustment - I like it as a lo-fi fan!!! And I also like those dry vocals!!!
