Instead of using Reasons Mixer, you could make ASIO Sources to transfer each Reason device to a DSP mixer.

Use insert effects from both Reason and CW, as you wish.

Reason cannot send MIDI. It can export MIDI files. So Reason cannot directly control SFP devices.

You can Rewire Reason to Ableton Live, Cubase, etc. Although automation works fine within Reason, Rewire2 can transport the same data. Automate via Rewire2 host, make parts and come/paste.

It could be fun to sequence Rewire instruments in Cubase, there's more options for scoring. Remember, for a Rewire2 host to recognise the Rewire devices:
1) open host
2) open Reason
3) open Reason project
4) open host project.

To control Rewire devices by the host, no ports need to be assigned in Reason: the host automatically recognises each device. Just set a MIDI track's output port in the host to the desired Rewire device.

I sometimes make a song in Reason, then export as MIDI file and import in Cubase. Mute the sequencer for the rellevant track in Reason and Cubase takes over.

Have fun!
